REDIN Z TABLET contains Iron, Zinc, Folic acid and Cyanocobalamin. Iron helps in the transportation of oxygen throughout the body and the production of red blood cells. Cyanocobalamin helps in the proper functioning of the brain, nerves, and the production of red blood cells. Together, REDIN Z TABLET helps in treating nutritional deficiencies.

REDIN Z TABLET can be taken with antibiotics if recommended by the doctor. However, maintain a gap of 2 hours between REDIN Z TABLET and antibiotic medicines, as taking them together might decrease their effectiveness.

REDIN Z TABLET may cause constipation. Eat fibre-rich food and drink plenty of fluids if you experience constipation. Consult your doctor if you have severe constipation.

To treat your condition effectually, continue taking REDIN Z TABLET for as long as your doctor has recommended it. Do not be reluctant to speak with your doctor if you experience any difficulty while taking REDIN Z TABLET.

About REDIN Z TABLET

REDIN Z TABLET belongs to the group of medicines called nutritional supplements used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies such as iron deficiency anaemia, iron deficiency due to low intake of iron, or iron/nutritional deficiency that occurs during pregnancy and lactation. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Vitamins and minerals are necessary for body development and the prevention of diseases.

REDIN Z TABLET is a combination of four supplements, namely: Iron, Zinc, Folic acid and Cyanocobalamin. Directions for Use
