You are not recommended to take Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet with warfarin as co-administration of these two medicines may slow down blood clotting and increase the risk of bleeding more easily. However, please consult a doctor before using Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet with other medicines.

Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet is a combination medication that belongs to a class of drugs called 'analgesic' used to relieve musculoskeletal pain in the conditions of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It may also provide relief from acute (short-term) pain such as toothache, ear pain, throat pain, muscle ache, and backache. Pain is caused by damage to the tissues of the muscle, bone, or other organs for a short time (acute) or long time (chronic).
Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet contains Rutoside, Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain. Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain are enzymes that have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. They reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation by increasing the blood supply to the affected area. Rutoside is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. It prevents further swelling and inflammation by neutralizing the chemicals (free radicals) that cause cell damage.
Take Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet with or without food as prescribed by your doctor and swallow it whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it. Your doctor will advise you on the duration based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience vomiting, nausea, diarrhoea, rash, or mouth sores. Most of these side effects of Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. People allergic to pineapple, carrot, papain, fennel, and pollen should avoid the intake of Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet. Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet is not recommended for pregnant women as it contains Bromelain, which may cause miscarriage, so if you are pregnant or planning for pregnancy, let your doctor know about this. If you are about to undergo any surgery, inform your doctor that you are taking Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet. It should be stopped a minimum of 2 weeks before surgery as Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. If you have blood pressure problems, clotting or bleeding problems, infection, hematuria (blood in urine), hematemesis (vomiting blood), kidney or liver disorders, inform your doctor before taking Ripzyme 90mg/100mg/48mg Tablet.
