SINOSAM 400MG TABLET contains S-adenosylmethionine is used in the treatment of liver disease, depression, and osteoarthritis. It is used in liver conditions associated with reduced bile formation (intrahepatic cholestasis). It restores the balance of serotonin, a natural chemical present in the brain. It also blocks the production of certain inflammatory chemical substances that cause pain and swelling in osteoarthritis.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and follow your usual dosage.

Do not discontinue SINOSAM 400MG TABLET without consulting your doctor. To treat your condition effectively, continue taking SINOSAM 400MG TABLET for as long as advised. Do not be reluctant to speak with your doctor if you feel any difficulty while taking SINOSAM 400MG TABLET.

Do not take SINOSAM 400MG TABLET if you have used MAO inhibitors (like isocarboxazid, linezolid, methylene blue injection, phenelzine, rasagiline, selegiline, tranylcypromine, and others) in the last 14 days as the co-administration of SINOSAM 400MG TABLET and MAO inhibitor cause serious drug interaction. About SINOSAM 400MG TABLET

SINOSAM 400MG TABLET belongs to the class of medication called Nutritional supplements primarily used to treat S-adenosylmethionine deficiency. Some patients with depression, Alzheimer's disease, dementia, Parkinson's disease treated with levodopa, disorders of folate metabolism, and other illnesses cause S-adenosylmethionine deficiency. SINOSAM 400MG TABLET is a synthetic form of a chemical that occurs naturally in cells, tissue, and body fluids, primarily used to treat depression, reduce pain and swelling in the joints conditions such as osteoarthritis, biliary cholangitis (an autoimmune disease of the liver), excess cholesterol in bile and biliary and liver diseases caused by cystic fibrosis. Additionally, it is also used to treat liver disease during pregnancy, improves symptoms in people with fibromyalgia, and treats nerve problems in people with AIDS or sexual dysfunction in men with depression.

SINOSAM 400MG TABLET contains S-adenosylmethionine, which is a naturally-occurring substance found in cells, tissue, and body fluids.
