Synfovir Tablet should not be used in adolescents with kidney disease. In other people with severe kidney diseases, Synfovir Tablet is given only if clinically needed.

Synfovir Tablet belongs to the group of medicines known as ‘antiviral medicines’ used to control HIV infection and chronic hepatitis B infection.
