If you have quadriplegia (paralysis of both arms and legs), paraplegic (paralysis of legs and lower body), or have no sensation in the vagina, inform your doctor before taking Today Vaginal Tablet. If you are at risk of getting HIV (AIDS) or any other sexually transmitted disease, it is advised to use a latex condom to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.

Today Vaginal Tablet contains Nonoxynol-9 that breaks the outer covering of sperms and kills them. Thereby, it prevents pregnancy.
