Medicinal Benefits
Tripletop Lotion is a combination of three medicines: Clobetasol, Coal tar, and Salicylic acid. Tripletop Lotion is used to treat psoriasis. Additionally, Tripletop Lotion may also be used to treat seborrheic dermatitis. Clobetasol is a steroid that inhibits the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness. Coal tar and salicylic acid are keratolytic agents that help break down keratin clumps, remove dead skin cells, and soften the skin. Together, Tripletop Lotion helps in treating psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis.
