This process of supplying oxygen and nutrients to the hair cell prevents its death and stimulates hair growth.

Your doctor will suggest the dose and duration based on your condition. Some common side effects of Tugain 5% Topical Solution include changes in the colour/texture of the hair, excessive hair growth, headache, itching, skin irritation, dryness, shortness of breath, scaling of the skin, and redness. These side effects usually do not require medical attention and gradually resolve during the treatment. If the side effects persist or worsen, consult a doctor.

Do not apply Tugain 5% Topical Solution on shaved, inflamed, infected, irritated or painful scalp skin. Before using Tugain 5% Topical Solution, let your doctor know if you have high blood pressure, sunburn, eczema, psoriasis, heart diseases like angina (chest pain), a recent heart attack, and circulation disorders. Tugain 5% Topical Solution not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
