Dimethicone is a moisturizing or skin conditioning agent that treats dry, rough, scaly, itchy skin and prevents skin irritation. It is an emollient and lubricant that forms an oily layer on the top of the skin to trap moisture in the skin.

Vaniza HC Gel is a dermatological medication primarily used to treat skin infections like eczema, dermatitis, and allergies. It provides relief from itchy and irritated skin. Skin infection occurs when a foreign microbe like fungus or bacteria invades and affects the tissue on the skin.
Vaniza HC Gel is composed of Hydrocortisone and Dimethicone. Hydrocortisone belongs to the class of corticosteroids.
