Directions for Use

Cream/Ointment/lotion/Liquid: It is only for external use. As recommended, take a small amount of it on the fingertip and apply it as a thin layer on the clean and dry affected area. Avoid contact with the nose or eyes. In case of accidental contact with these areas, rinse with water thoroughly. Wash your hands before and after using them if they are not the affected area to prevent the spread of infection.Soap/shampoo: It can be used in place of regular soap/shampoo during bathing or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Arka Scab Soap 75 gm belongs to the class of pyrethroids. It is an antiparasite drug used to treat infections caused by eggs, lice, and mites. It is used mainly used in the treatment of pediculosis and scabies. Pediculosis is the infestation of lice in the hairy parts of the body, especially the scalp. It occurs most commonly in children above five years of age and spreads by head-to-contact. Scabies is a skin infection caused by mites. It is contagious and spreads from one person to another with physical contact. Patients with pediculosis and scabies experience rashes and persistent itching in the infected area, which worsens at night.

Arka Scab Soap 75 gm contains Permethrin, an antiparasitic drug. It kills the small insects (mites) and their eggs that cause scabies. It also destroys head lice, which stick to your scalp and cause irritation.
