Co-administration of Bonset CCF Tablet with Aluminum hydroxide may increase the effects of aluminum hydroxide, which could result in too high aluminum blood levels.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is an interaction, Bonset CCF Tablet can be used with aluminum hydroxide if prescribed by the doctor. However, maintain a gap of 2-3 hours between both medicines. Do not discontinue the medication without a doctor's advice.

Co-administration of Dolutegravir with Bonset CCF Tablet can reduce the effectiveness of dolutegravir.

Avoid taking Bonset CCF Tablet if you have hypercalcaemia (high level of calcium in the blood), hypercalciuria (excess calcium in the urine), nephrocalcinosis (excess calcium deposition in the kidneys), nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), hypervitaminosis D (excess vitamin D), severe renal impairment or renal failure. Inform your doctor if you have sarcoidosis (growth of tiny inflammatory cells). Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Bonset CCF Tablet should be given to children only if advised by the doctor. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Bonset CCF Tablet . Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medicines or herbal products before starting Bonset CCF Tablet .
