Ferre Fol Tablet is a nutritional supplement that consists of Zinc Sulphate, Ferrous Ascorbate and Folic acid. It works by restoring iron levels and boosting the body's production of red blood cells (RBC), thus treating iron deficiency anaemia.

Can I take Ferre Fol Tablet along with tea or milk?

It is recommended not to take Ferre Fol Tablet along with tea, coffee, milk, and eggs since they might interfere with iron absorption from Ferre Fol Tablet .

What is the best time to take Ferre Fol Tablet ?

Ferre Fol Tablet is best absorbed if taken on an empty stomach. But in some patients, Ferre Fol Tablet may cause gastrointestinal disturbances like stomach upset or constipation when taken without food. So, please take it as suggested by your doctor if you have stomach problems.

Can I take antacids while using Ferre Fol Tablet ?

Antacids may interfere with the absorption of iron. Hence, taking Ferre Fol Tablet two hours before or four hours after taking antacids is advised.
