Coadministration of Foliact N Tablet 10's with Neomycin can impair the absorption of Foliact N Tablet 10's and increase its levels which can increase the risk or severity of side effects.

Taking Foliact N Tablet 10's with Neomycin together is not recommended as it can possibly result in an interaction, it can be taken if your doctor has advised it. However, if you notice any symptoms of Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Nausea, Headache, or Loss of appetite you should contact your doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Let your doctor know if you have any blood disorders like pernicious anaemia before starting FOLIACT N TABLET 1. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking FOLIACT N TABLET 1. Drinking alcohol may hinder the nutrients' absorption; therefore, it is advised to limit the alcohol intake while using FOLIACT N TABLET 1. Keep FOLIACT N TABLET 1 away from direct sunlight. Do not store FOLIACT N TABLET 1 above 25ºC

FOLIACT N TABLET 1 is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It contains L-Methylfolate, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate and Mecobalamin. L-Methylfolate helps the formation of red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. It prevents and treats folate deficiency. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6) is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. It helps in cognitive development through the biosynthesis of neurotransmitters and maintains normal homocysteine levels (an amino acid in the blood). Mecobalamin (Methylcobalamin) regulates body functions like cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.

FOLIACT N TABLET 1 belongs to the class of 'multivitamins', primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is unable to absorb or get enough nutrients from food. It could lead to various health problems, including defective bone growth, skin disorders, digestive issues, and dementia (memory loss). 

FOLIACT N TABLET 1 contains L-Methylfolate, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate and Mecobalamin. L-Methylfolate helps in producing new blood cells and prevents low folate levels. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Mecobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. 

Your doctor will decide the duration based on your medical condition. Sometimes, FOLIACT N TABLET 1 may cause common side effects like nausea, stomach upset, and diarrhoea. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. Please consult your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
