The sinonasal disease includes chronic rhinosinusitis (Chronic sinusitis occurs when the spaces inside your nose and head (sinuses) are swollen and inflamed for three months or longer, despite treatment), allergic rhinitis (also known as hay fever, is a type of inflammation in the nose which occurs when the immune system overreacts to allergens in the air), and viral upper respiratory infections (common viral infection that affects the nose, throat, and airways).

With the Netiwash Nasal Rinse Sachet 30's plastic squeeze bottle is provided in the pack. Netiwash Nasal Rinse Sachet 30's should be mixed with water and administered through a plastic squeeze bottle into nostrils. Follow 5steps to attain nasal rinsing. step 1: empty the entire content of the sachet in to squeeze bottle. step 2: pour lukewarm water into bottle 3. shake the bottle until it dissolves. 4. lean/bend over a basin place the cap gently inside one nostril and gently squeeze the bottle in a pulsing action. 5. allow half of the solution to wash the nasal passage and sinus cavity and come out of the other nostril, using the remaining solution do it in the same process in another nostril.
