Taking Pyridox-LM Tablet with Chloramphenicol together can possibly result in an interaction, it can be taken if your doctor has advised it. However, if you notice any symptoms of Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Nausea, Headache, or Loss of appetite, you should contact your doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

Pyridox-LM Tablet is used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It contains L-Methylfolate, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and Methylcobalamin. L-Methylfolate helps the formation of red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. It prevents and treats folate deficiency. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6) is involved in protein, fat, carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Pyridox-LM Tablet belongs to the class of 'multivitamins', primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is unable to absorb or get enough nutrients from food. It could lead to various health problems, including defective bone growth, skin disorders, digestive issues, and dementia (memory loss). 

Pyridox-LM Tablet contains L-Methylfolate, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and Methylcobalamin. L-Methylfolate helps in producing new blood cells and prevents low folate levels. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate is a water-soluble vitamin involved in protein, fat, carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.
