Rejoint T Capsule 15'S belongs to the group of nutritional supplements used to treat conditions such as tendonitis and osteoarthritis. It helps strengthen bones, promote bone growth, and enhances wound repair. It may also help fight various infections and slow down the effects of ageing. Osteoarthritis is a condition in which the joints are affected. It occurs as a result of the disintegration and breakdown of the cushioning tissue surrounding the joints.

Rejoint T Capsule 15'S contains Collagen Type I, Mucopolysaccharides and Vitamin C. Rejoint T Capsule 15'S strengthens bones, muscles and joints by helping with the production of bone cartilage and providing lubrication to joints and bones. It also helps enhance immunity and aids in strengthening the natural defences of the body. Rejoint T Capsule 15'S is also a potent antioxidant that protects cells from oxidative damage by free radicals and thus helps fight signs of ageing as well.

Rejoint T Capsule 15'S does not generally cause any side effects. In very rare cases, Rejoint T Capsule 15'S may cause side effects such as mild loss of appetite and nausea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your physician if these side effects persist or worsen.

Rejoint T Capsule 15'S is a vitamin and mineral supplement used to treat various physiological conditions that affect the skin, muscles, skeletal system and wound healing. Drug-Drug Interactions: Rejoint T Capsule 15'S may interact with magnesium-containing antacids, oestrogens or other hormones, vitamin supplements (niacin), antipsychotics (fluphenazine), chemotherapy, antivirals (indinavir), thyroid medication (levothyroxine) or painkillers (acetaminophen, aspirin, choline salicylate) and blood thinners (warfarin, Coumadin).

Drug-Disease Interactions: Rejoint T Capsule 15'S should be used with caution in patients with a known hypersensitivity disorder, diabetes mellitus, kidney disease, kidney stones, Glucose-6-Phosphate Dehydrogenase deficiency, and alcoholism.

• Load up on oily fish, egg yolks, spinach, broccoli, salmon and orange juice for enhancing bone strength.
• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
• Doing weight-bearing exercises such as brisk walking, jogging, tennis, or even dance can be very useful in promoting overall bone health. However, do not over-exert yourself if you feel too tired or suffer from severely brittle bones. 
• Muscle training activities such as yoga and Pilates can also be very helpful.
• Spend time under the sun (however with proper sunscreen) for quality intake of Vitamin D.
• Limit alcohol and caffeine consumption and stop smoking as these may have a negative effect on bone health. Smokers tend to have lower bone density than non-smokers.

Osteoarthritis: Osteoarthritis is the most common type of arthritis. It occurs due to the breakdown of cartilage that cushions and protects the bones. The disease progresses gradually and tends to worsen if not treated. Symptoms include joint pain in the hips, lower back, knees and hands. 

Tendonitis: It is a condition in which the tissue that connects the bone and muscle becomes inflamed. Symptoms include pain and tenderness.
