Roselina Tablet contains vitamins and minerals used to prevent and treat anaemia due to iron deficiency. Also, it is used to treat iron-deficiency anaemia during pregnancy and lactation due to low intake of iron and chronic blood loss. Elemental Iron and folic acid increase red blood cells (RBC) and haemoglobin (a protein) production in the body. As a result, an adequate number of RBCs are produced in the body, so that body's each tissue gets a sufficient supply of oxygen. Cholecalciferol helps iron metabolism and the production of red blood cells. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and Cyanocobalamin are essential for the production and maturation of red blood cells. Together, Roselina Tablet helps treat anaemia.
