Directions for Use

Take Roselina Tablet on empty stomach usually 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals for better absorption or as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it.

Roselina Tablet contains vitamins and minerals used to prevent and treat anaemia due to iron deficiency. About Roselina Tablet

Roselina Tablet belongs to a class of medicines called 'haematinics' primarily used to prevent and treat anaemia (lack of blood) due to iron deficiency. Also, it is used to treat iron-deficiency anaemia during pregnancy and lactation. Anaemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to various body tissues. 

Roselina Tablet contains Elemental Iron, Folic acid, Cyanocobalamin, Cholecalciferol and Pyridoxine. Elemental iron and folic acid work by increasing red blood cells (RBC) and haemoglobin (a protein) production in the body. Cholecalciferol helps iron metabolism and the production of red blood cells. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6) and Cyanocobalamin are essential for the production and maturation of red blood cells. 

Take Roselina Tablet as prescribed. You are advised to take Roselina Tablet for as long as your doctor has recommended it based on your medical condition. Sometimes, you may experience vomiting, nausea, constipation, flatulence (gas) and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects of Roselina Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
