Do not take Scopan Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents, if you have glaucoma, myasthenia gravis (muscle problems), blockage of the bowel, paralytic/obstructive ileus, or enlarged bowel. Inform your doctor if you have severe constipation, blood in stools, loss of appetite, difficulty passing urine, fever, fast heart rate, severe sweating problem, or if you are 40years or above. Do not take Scopan Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Scopan Tablet may cause blurred vision, so drive only if you are alert. Scopan Tablet is not recommended for children below 6 years as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Stop taking Scopan Tablet and consult your doctor immediately if you observe blood in stools, changes in bowel movements, abdominal tenderness, low blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, and fever.
