Salicylic acid and coal tar break down a protein known as keratin (that forms part of skin structure), which removes dead skin cell, peel dead cells of the skin, and softens skin. Thus, it helps in the treatment of psoriasis. Ketoconazole is an antifungal that damages fungal cell membranes and kills fungi.

Use Seboclear Lotion as advised. Some people may experience mild skin irritation or itching, or peeling. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
