Tasiron-15 Blackberry Chewable Tablet 10's is a combination of two drugs, namely: Ferric diphosphate (iron supplement) and folic acid (a form of vitamin B9). Tasiron-15 Blackberry Chewable Tablet 10's works by increasing red blood cells (RBC) and hemoglobin (a protein) production in the body. As a result, an adequate number of red blood cells are produced in the body, so that body tissue gets a sufficient supply of oxygen. Also, folic acid is necessary during pregnancy as it plays a role in the development of the brain and spinal cord in the unborn baby.

Anaemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen required to various body tissues.
