How to manage the interaction:
Although taking Tocopherol (vitamin E) and Tipranavir together can cause an interaction, it can be taken if your doctor has suggested it. However, consult a doctor immediately if you experience symptoms such as unusual bleeding or bruising, dizziness, lightheadedness, red or black, tarry stools, coughing up or vomiting fresh or dried blood that looks like coffee grounds, severe headache, and weakness. Do not stop using any medications without talking to a doctor.

THL-200 Softgel Capsule should be cautiously used in conditions like anaemia (low red blood cells), liver/kidney diseases, eye disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, scheduled surgery, a recent stroke, and history of cancer. THL-200 Softgel Capsule may cause blurred vision and fatigue; hence drive or operate machinery only when you are mentally alert. It is essential to inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding before using THL-200 Softgel Capsule . Talk to your before taking THL-200 Softgel Capsule if you have had any bleeding problems in the past or using steroid hormones like oral hormonal contraceptives. THL-200 Softgel Capsule should be used in children only when recommended by a doctor.
