Oflin I.V. contains Ofloxacin, a broad spectrum antibiotic that acts against both gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. Oflin I.V. is used in the treatment of several bacterial infections. It interferes with the bacterial enzyme involved in repairing and replicating the DNA (genetic material) of bacteria. Thus, Oflin I.V. kills bacteria and clears the infection.
