Rutovac Tablet is a combination of one antioxidant (Rutoside) and two enzymes (Trypsin, Bromelain). Rutoside is an antioxidant (substances that prevent damage to cells) that works by protecting the body from damage caused by free radicals (unstable molecules produced by the body) and further decreases swelling. Trypsin removes dead skin cells and allows the growth of healthy tissue. Trypsin in combination with Bromelain reduces swelling and inflammation by producing substances in the body against pain and swelling.

Yes, Rutovac Tablet may be used to treat menstrual cramps. Rutovac Tablet is a pain killer that produces substances in the body against pain and swelling.

You are not recommended to take Rutovac Tablet with warfarin as co-administration of these two medicines may slow down blood clotting and increase the risk of bleeding more easily. However, please consult a doctor before using Rutovac Tablet with other medicines.

You may have to stop taking Rutovac Tablet minimum 2 weeks before surgery as Rutovac Tablet may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. However, if you are about to undergo any surgery, inform your doctor that you are taking Rutovac Tablet.
