APREPITANT-205MGAlcoholic liver disease
Moderate
How does the disease interact with Apriswift 125/80Mg Capsule Kit:
The liver is primarily responsible for Apriswift 125/80Mg Capsule Kit metabolism. Apriswift 125/80Mg Capsule Kit was well tolerated in investigations of patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh score 5 to 9), and no clinically significant changes in its pharmacokinetics were seen. As a result, there is no need to change the dosage of Apriswift 125/80Mg Capsule Kit in this patient population. Apriswift 125/80Mg Capsule Kit should be used with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh score > 9), as there is no clinical or pharmacokinetic data in this population.

How to manage the interaction:
Apriswift 125/80Mg Capsule Kit is metabolized by the liver, hence it is usually not recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease as it can increase the Apriswift 125/80Mg Capsule Kit level in the body. Increased levels can increase the risk and severity of Apriswift 125/80Mg Capsule Kit side effects. However, you can take it when advised by your doctor. If you experience headache, fatigue, low appetite, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, and hiccups contact your doctor immediately. Do not discontinue any medications without first consulting your doctor.
