Exospas 10 mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called anti-spasmodic agents used to relieve abdominal and irritable bowel syndrome pain, cramps, and discomfort. Do not take Exospas 10 mg Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents, if you have glaucoma, myasthenia gravis (muscle problems), blockage of the bowel, paralytic/obstructive ileus, or enlarged bowel. Inform your doctor if you have severe constipation, blood in stools, loss of appetite, difficulty passing urine, fever, fast heart rate, severe sweating problem, or if you are 40years or above.
