Fusee Ointment contains ‘Sodium fusidate’ that works by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required for the survival of the bacteria. Thereby, Fusee Ointment helps in treating skin infections.
 
Fusee Ointment is generally well-tolerated. However, it may cause mild stinging sensation and irritation in some cases. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. If the side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
 
Do not use Fusee Ointment if you are allergic to any of its components. Consult your doctor before using Fusee Ointment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid contact of Fusee Ointment with eyes, nose or mouth; if contact occurs accidentally, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Do not use Fusee Ointment on dressing, band-aids and make-up unless told by the doctor.
• If Fusee Ointment comes in contact with eyes, nose or mouth, rinse with water immediately.
• Wash your hands before and after using Fusee Ointment; however, do not wash your hands if you are applying Fusee Ointment on your hands.
