Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection works by inhibiting the action of acetylcholine. Thus, reduces the volume and free acidity of gastric secretions and controls excessive pharyngeal, bronchial, and tracheal secretions.

Dry mouth could be a side effect of Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection. Limiting caffeine intake, avoiding smoking, and drinking water regularly, chewing sugar-free gum/candy might stimulate saliva, thereby preventing drying of the mouth.

Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection may cause heat prostration (overheating of the body due to severe weather conditions). You are advised to avoid high environmental temperatures.

Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection may cause mydriasis (pupil dilation) and increased intraocular pressure in patients with glaucoma. Inform your doctor if you have glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

About Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection

Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection belongs to the group of medications called 'anticholinergics' indicated in anaesthesia for reduction of airway or gastric secretions, volume and acidity of gastric secretions, and blockade of cardiac inhibitory reflexes during induction of anaesthesia and intubation, for protection against peripheral muscarinic effects of cholinergic agents, and intraoperatively to counteract surgically or drug-induced or vagal reflex associated arrhythmias. It is also used as adjunctive therapy for treating peptic ulcers. 

Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection contains 'Glycopyrrolate', which works by inhibiting the action of acetylcholine. Thus, reduces gastric secretions' volume and free acidity and controls excessive pharyngeal, bronchial, and tracheal secretions.

Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection will be administered by a healthcare professional; do not self-administer. In some cases, Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection may cause dry mouth, urinary retention and hesitancy, blurred vision, palpitations, and decreased sweating. Most of these side effects of Gpyrolon 0.2mg Injection do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
