Co-administration of Pyrolate Injection 10 ml with Potassium citrate can increase the risk or severity of ulcers, bleeding, and other gastrointestinal injury.
How to manage the interaction:
Taking Pyrolate Injection 10 ml with Potassium citrate together is not recommended as it can result in an interaction, it can be taken if a doctor has advised it. However, if you experience severe abdominal pain, bloating, sudden dizziness or lightheadedness, nausea, vomiting (especially with blood), loss of appetite, and/or black, tarry stools, contact a doctor immediately. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.

However, if you experience drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, fever, chills, or decreased sweating, contact a doctor immediately. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.

Coadministration of Pyrolate Injection 10 ml with Zonisamide can increase the risk or severity of Zonisamide side effects like increased body temperature and decreased sweating especially in warm weather.
How to manage the interaction:
Taking Pyrolate Injection 10 ml with Zonisamide together is not recommended as it can result in an interaction, it can be taken if your doctor has advised it. However, if you experience dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue, increased heart rate, fever, or excessive sweating, contact a doctor immediately. Make sure to hydrate yourself during warm weather or after exercise. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.
How does the drug interact with Pyrolate Injection 10 ml:
Tirzepatide may raise heart rate and may interact with other drugs that raise heart rate, like Pyrolate Injection 10 ml, to have additive effects.
How to manage the interaction:
If you discover that your heart rate is elevated at other times for no apparent cause, or if it is happening frequently, you should speak with your doctor. Chest pain, shortness of breath, and the feeling of a pounding or racing heartbeat are all indications of an increased heart rate.
