Sulfadiazine may decrease the blood levels and effects of Lit-LC Tablet.

Although there is a possible interaction between Lit-LC Tablet and Sulfadiazine, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by your doctor.
How does the drug interact with Lit-LC Tablet:
Coadministration of Lit-LC Tablet and Fluorouracil may increase the effects of Fluorouracil and increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anaemia (lack of blood), infections, and nerve damage.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Lit-LC Tablet and Fluorouracil, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by your doctor. However, if you experience diarrhoea, paleness of skin, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body pains, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling in your hands and feet, contact your doctor.
How does the drug interact with Lit-LC Tablet:
Co-administration of Lit-LC Tablet with Capecitabine may increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anemia, infections, and nerve damage.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Lit-LC Tablet and Capecitabine, you can use these medicines together if prescribed by the doctor. However, if you experience paleness of skin, diarrhea, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body aches, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling sensation in the hands and feet, contact a doctor. Do not use Lit-LC Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Lit-LC Tablet 10's or any of its contents. Let your doctor know if you have a history of seizures (fits), liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, obesity, hypokalemia, optic nerve damage, diabetes before using Lit-LC Tablet 10's. Please inform your doctor if you are using any prescription and non-prescription medications you are taking, including vitamins, herbal supplements. Do not take Lit-LC Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Lit-LC Tablet 10's safe to be given to children below 12 years of age, infants, and newborns, yet the doctor's consultation is advised. Do not take antacids before or after 2 hours of taking Lit-LC Tablet 10's as they may interfere with the action of Lit-LC Tablet 10's. Do not consume excess alcohol while using Lit-LC Tablet 10's as it may interfere with the drug absorption in the body.
