Oflokem 2Mg/Ml Infusion belongs to a class of medications called antibiotics used in the treatment of bacterial infections of the urinary tract, genital tract, chest, lungs, skin, and soft tissue. Oflokem 2Mg/Ml Infusion does not work against infections caused by a virus.

Oflokem 2Mg/Ml Infusion contains Ofloxacin that works by interfering with bacterial enzyme, DNA gyrase involved in repairing and replicating the DNA (genetic material) of bacteria. Thus, Oflokem 2Mg/Ml Infusion kills bacteria and clears the infection.

In some cases, you may experience redness, swelling or pain at the injection site, headache, nausea, and diarrhoea.
