Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml contains Ofloxacin which works by inhibiting DNA gyrase (bacterial enzyme) involved in repairing and replicating the DNA (genetic material) of bacteria. Thereby, kills bacteria and clears infection.
Use Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml as prescribed by your doctor. Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml is only for use in eyes. You are advised to use Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience dry eyes, blurred vision, eye discomfort, eye redness, mild itching, or irritation in the eye. Most of these side effects of Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml works by inhibiting DNA gyrase (bacterial enzyme) involved in repairing and replicating the DNA (genetic material) of bacteria. Thereby, kills bacteria and clears the infection.
You are not recommended to wear contact lenses while using Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml as it contains benzalkonium chloride, a preservative that changes the colour of contact lens as it may be absorbed by soft contact lens. Benzalkonium chloride also causes irritation in the eye especially if you have disorders of cornea (transparent layer at the front of eye) or dry eyes. Therefore, you are advised to remove contact lenses before using Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml and reinsert them after 15 minutes after using Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml. Also, inform your doctor if you experience pain, stinging or abnormal sensation in the eye after using Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml.
Ofloxamac Eye Drops 10 ml may cause temporary blurred vision immediately after using. Therefore, you are recommended to wait until your vision is clear before driving or operating machinery.
