T-Him Depot Injection belongs to a group of medicines called androgens indicated for testosterone replacement therapy in adult men for conditions associated with a deficiency/absence of endogenous testosterone, such as primary hypogonadism and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. 
 
T-Him Depot Injection contains Testosterone, which helps replenish the deficient testosterone levels in adult men. Thereby, T-Him Depot Injection helps in treating deficiency/absence of endogenous testosterone. Testosterone is the anabolic steroid and primary sex hormone in males, which plays an important role in developing male reproductive tissues like the prostate and testes.
 
T-Him Depot Injection will be administered by a healthcare professional; do not self-administer. In some cases, you may experience side effects such as injection site reactions, polycythemia (high number of red blood cells), headache, and depression. You are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
 
Let your doctor know if you are allergic to any of the components in T-Him Depot Injection. Do not use T-Him Depot Injection if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. T-Him Depot Injection is not recommended for children below 12 years as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Do not take T-Him Depot Injection if you are allergic to any of its contents; or if you have prostate cancer or breast cancer. T-Him Depot Injection is not intended for use in women. Inform your doctor if you have a high blood cell count or high haemoglobin laboratory value, urinary problems due to an enlarged prostate, heart problems, diabetes, sleep apnoea (breathing problem while sleeping), or liver or kidney problems. T-Him Depot Injection is not recommended for children below 12 years as safety and effectiveness have not been established. 

• Regular monitoring of blood pressure, blood sugar levels, red blood cell count, and haemoglobin levels is advised.
• Consult your doctor if you notice any signs and symptoms of a blood clot in your leg, such as pain, swelling or redness or signs and symptoms of a blood clot in your lungs, like difficulty breathing or chest pain.
• Consult your doctor immediately if you have changes in mood or depression.
