Testocare Injection should be used with caution in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) as they are at an increased risk for worsening of signs and symptoms of BPH.
Testocare Injection might increase the risk of prostate cancer. It is recommended to evaluate patients for prostate cancer prior to initiating and during the treatment with Testocare Injection.
Testocare Injection may cause changes in anticoagulant activity. Therefore, frequent monitoring of prothrombin time and International Normalised Ratio (INR) is advised.
Testocare Injection may cause venous thromboembolism (formation of a blood clot in the vein), including deep vein thrombosis (blood clot develops in a deep vein) and pulmonary embolism (blockage in the lung artery). Consult your doctor if you experience pain, oedema (swelling), warmth, and erythema (skin redness) in lower proximity or shortness of breath.

Inform your doctor if you have a high blood cell count or high haemoglobin laboratory value, urinary problems due to an enlarged prostate, heart problems, diabetes, sleep apnoea (breathing problem while sleeping), or liver or kidney problems.
